Loan syndications

• Experienced syndications team located in Sydney, Auckland, Hong Kong and London.
• Arrangers and underwriters (as required) of syndicated bank debt facilities including senior / subordinated / mezzanine funding solutions.
• Distribution capabilities through primary and secondary syndications for a wide range of  transactions.
• Significant market presence and extensive transactional experience;
  • Consistently one of the top five loan arrangers in Australia/New Zealand as reported in IFR, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, PFI and Asia Money.

Agency management

• Specialised team of 12 located in Sydney.
• Provides Facility Agent and/or Security Trustee services for syndicated facilities.
• Demonstrated experience as Facility Agent and Security Trustee - over 132 facilities under management.
  • Current managed portfolio of AUD$36 billion in bank loans, with syndicates of up to 49 banks.
• Experience, skills and capacity to manage any level of loan transaction complexity.
